Fare Review Policy
How fare reviews work
Airfares change frequently and may differ across suppliers, booking channels, timing, inventory classes, and payment conditions. If you believe you found a lower publicly available fare for the same itinerary shortly after booking with FlySearchSky, you may contact us and request a manual fare review.
A review request does not create a guaranteed refund, credit, or price match. Any adjustment, if approved, depends on supplier rules, timing, fare availability, and the terms under which the original booking was made.
What we review
- Same airline, flight number, date, departure time, and fare class
- Same passenger count and cabin class
- Fare must be publicly bookable and not limited to member-only, coupon, loyalty, or employee rates
- Request should be submitted as soon as possible after booking
- The lower fare must still be available for verification at the time of review
How to submit a review request
Email a screenshot of the competing fare, the full itinerary details, and your FlySearchSky booking reference to [email protected] with the subject line "Fare Review Request." We will review the request and respond as soon as reasonably possible.
Exclusions
This review policy does not apply to unpublished fares, negotiated corporate rates, member-only offers, rewards bookings, coupon-based prices, group fares, charter fares, pricing errors, or rates that are no longer available when reviewed. Fare review outcomes are final unless additional materially relevant information is provided.
